Treehaus are mission-bound to change the lettings industry – making it fairer for tenants. They are building the UK’s largest database of rental properties and making it possible for the first time to review your landlord. This level of accountability will surely improve the lives of many who live in sub-standard accommodation in the UK.
Looking to the graphic language of activism seemed fitting for such a positive use of tech – drawing on the immediacy and energy to carry the message and provoke action.
This led to a stripped back pallette including a neon green and black, paired with condensed caps typography and pictogram based symbols. These were then spliced into the copy to punctuate key statements in the copy heavy creative approach. The logo features the wordmark contained within a stripped back speech bubble – referencing their purpose that Treehaus is there to give tenants a voice.
